Deposit: A credit card  is required to confirm your reservation.  Please inquire about deposit and cancellation policies for group bookings.  Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be made if a cancellation is received more than seven days in advance of the arrival date. All group bookings have a minimum 30-day cancellation policy. There is a $50 cancellation fee for all cancellations. We will contact you as soon as possible and let you know the availability of the date and room. You will need a Visa or MasterCard to reserve the room (s). Check In: Check in time is 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. Please let us know in advance if you require early or late check in.  Check Out: Check out is 11:00 a.m. Extended check out is available with prior arrangements. Cost change for extended stay. Smoking: In consideration of the other guests and fire hazard, we do not permit smoking or the use of any open flame product on the premises.
